Thankfully, those attempts led me down a different path and brought to me a place in my life where I found solutions. Those solutions helped me find out just what ailed me and gave me methods and coping mechanismsto challenge mental illness daily and on a long-term basis. Those solutions include medicine management, behavioral therapy, and counseling. For me, I use a holistic approach incorporating them all. I would recommend this approach to anyone struggling with mental illness. It provides more bang to your punch and makes them feel like triple punches. You fight to win. I believe this is a winning approach.
