Focus

With  this book,  the focus  is  a bit more laser  sharp. It particularly hones in on the  shift that takes one into that downward spiral  and into  harmful  destructive  behavior: that  is the  shift  from depression  to deep depression.  They  are not the  same. In fact, they are dissimilar, because they  are divergent.  Depression  takes you through one  stage  of  emotions that  hold their  own volatility. But deep depression  takes you to the next stage. It has  its own  stage  on which to  perform. It  carries  with  it  its  own performance.  It  is this next  level  of  deep depression  that  pulls you down into a tunnel, where death is.
