As someone who is dealing with mental illness, I need to  remember I am held accountable for the life I live. If someone  who has mental illness wants to try these tools, you have to  be brave. You have to say to yourself, I need help. I need help. So, I am going to get the help. The holistic approach: medicine management, behavior therapy, and therapeutic sessions can work. Once you get the help and apply what you’ve learned holistically, you can thrive and live a healthy life. Remember, as you’re moving to the next level in your life, be patient with yourself. Don’t get upset. Don’t fret about it. As you move forward, changes will come in your life. Just be patient.
