Now What?
Now what?
This is the question that led me to the turning point in my life after I revealed my childhood trauma to
my psychiatrist. Afterward, I received individual counseling for a number of months, and embraced resources that would allow me to thrive and move forward with my life. I went there to die and discovered more than one way to live. One of the many resources I was provided to transition my life back into the land of the living was information. Information is a powerful tool when you implement it and watch tangible results produce fruit in your life, and seeds for continual growth in your life. The knowledge I received and still receive, has been so valuable. I use what I learned every day.
