PTSD is Scary

Proper placement is making sense of where something be-longs. So I properly categorize where something belongs, or what something is, what circumstance or situation, or what is actually happening, as opposed to the allusion my mind is trying to make me accept. So once I self-analyze, I put the flashbacks in their proper place. They are not real. They are not tangible. Proper placement has given me more fighting power because I now recognize the hallucinations as allusions and this technique allows me better time for recovery from the onset of a PTSD episode and it won’t control my mind.
