Depression Stage

The season finale stage of the tornado tunnel holds the deep depression system. It leads to a destructive end. Here is where suicidal ideations, thoughts of ways to commit suicide, or to harm yourself or others, begin. Strategic planning of these strategies to yourself and others are here, harmful thinking, and harmful strategies where the implementation of suicidal ideations takes place. These things are in your mind, helping you out, leading you to a dark place. These things are ushering you to a place where you will have everything you need for a destructive end.

This stage is called the season finale, because like a season finale,what occurs is unpredictable, unbelievable, the effect of: I can’t believe this is happening to someone who may be watching. The same analogy can be used here. Only the person who is destroying himself knows the harmful strategy. It’s only when bystanders see what the person has done to harm themselves or a group of people that they say: “I can’t believe he or she did that.” This is the season finale stage.
