Life

Life… has not always  been  kind to me. But…  it doesn’t end with that  statement.  I have  more  life  to  live, a continuation where there seemed none before. And  I am able  to say, life can be  kind. It  can be  merciful.  It  can be  giving.  It  can provide  a way out  of  the  ruthlessness. Life  has not always  been  kind  to  me. But  it’s given  me a second chance. I think there’s some kindness in that.
