Throat Stage

When you move  past the  mouth, you have  moved  to  the  neck of the tunnel. This is known as the throat. This  is  stage  two of  the  tornado tunnel.  The throat is  right below the  mouth,  and  it  is where  the  tunnel  starts  to  get  smaller. Here, you start  to  deal  with negative  feelings, such as sadness  or loneliness. Depression  uses  these negative feelings to pull you in. Depression is now moving to the next stage.
